Well of course, emulators upscale the quality. I have Tekken 5 on the PS2 and still running. I've tested the colour options on the TV and it can come out as the same on the video. It solely depends on the colour option you use.

Is it me or did this game's graphics downgrade from the previous one? Tekken 4 looked better
He's playing on the original hardware, but since the colour settings on his TV is low along with Contrast etc, it causes the low quality.
