Great project! Tim Holz maintains that glittering is an outside craft because of the way it ends up everywhere. I was at the Gynecologist one day and after stripping down and gowning up, I looked down, and there was glitter on the floor. 🙄
Ha ha Rebecca. That made me laugh. I could just imagine what the doc was thinking. I have a lint roller on my desk and that helps a lot 🌸🌺

I also wanted to use that envelopje in a Journal so I already made it without using it🤣because I was busy with the market and the Little shop of our kids.
I love the Patchwork Style of using these gorgeous Monet images with the Sarinas on it. I also love Monet, such romantic painting❤️
Greetings from a hot Nederland. It was 1 day Summer over here today between many rainy Summer days but this eventing we had flooded streets and thunderstorms. Glad iets over now.

When we lived in the UK we went to France for a holiday and went to Giverny to Monets Garden…beautiful,the photo I took of the famous bridge I had made into a picture which is hanging in my bedroom. I just heard about Daphne’s Diary a couple weeks ago, and CZcams suggested your first video yesterday. I’m going to have fun catching up! This turned out great… glitter! As an early childhood educator back in the 80s and early 90s, I seen my share of glitter! Probably still have some, in multiple colors. But I don’t visit that section of the storage closet unless I’m desperate 😅! Your book is amazing, so much attention to detail… hope your trip to Cape Breton is full of exciting things. We did a long weekend on Cape Breton in 2021, we hiked the short section of the Skyline Trail and about 5K. The view is absolutely amazing! 😊❤ thanks for sharing

This is lovely, though I'm not a glitter person, but only for the simple reason that it does get everywhere and takes ages to get it all up. I actually like the idea of turning the envelope opposite side out. Your journal is becoming quite full, but oh so lovely. Try to stay cool, I have to laugh when you talk about the heat because here where I live we hit 90+ degrees every day during June, July and August, and when the humidity is factored in it literally feels like triple digits, so for you to comment on the heat just makes me chuckle. Take care and as always, Happy Crafting.

@@michcrafty8664 We stay indoors until late evening, though some nights the temps don't get below 80. I could take the heat well enough if it were not accompanied by such high humidity. Sadly my gardens get neglected during these hot summer months.

I think I might run that envelope through my Scan n cut and see if I can cut it out of another piece of scrapbook paper
That’s an idea. I don’t have a scan and cut but it would save having to fussy cut the details 🌸

Hi Teresa. I get them through a magazine subscription with ExpressMag. Then I know I will always get the issue. It may take time getting here but it does get here.
