this might seem unusual, but i am talking about turf cricket for one instance.
the bowlers bowl low spin on a slow pitch with a tennis ball and my shot does not go far and i get caught. other times i get clean bowled. how do i fix this?

I think I have an excellent runup, frontfoot contact and hip-shoulder separation but have worst jump, backfoot contact and arm rotation (when my arms rotate it's at an angle of 45° instead of being aligned and straight
