Mene book kia h lekin koi install karne hi aa rha h 8 july 2024 ko book kia tha lekin abhi tak koi install karne ni aaya or m sevice center bhi gya tha or unhone bola ki hum engineer ko bhej rhe h lekin abhi tak koi ingineer ni aaya h
i also paid double time. the refund process was the worst chasing them for my own money. jio airfiber has many issues and they not refunding partial amount.
Don't go with Jio air fiber. Firstly they told unlimited data with 30mbps speed. When we take plan they reduced it for 1000gb only. After that net speed reduced to 64 kb. And the calculation of data is also cheating. It shows more consu.ption for Little bit usage. It. Is totally cheating
Jio app se air fiber connection booking kiya par costly hone ke vajah se cancel kiya, to uske baad 1 month complete ho gaya hai, abhi tak order cancel karne ke baad 1000/- Rs. Jo advance book kiya tha abhi tak refund nahi kar ruhe hai, sirf robo call connect ho ruha hai isliye sab log savdhanb ho jaye jio company fraud kar ruhi hai customer ke sath

Bakwas service. Recently have taken 599 plan which always has problem. In the middle of program, it stops and give the message "Retry". I was promised of star sports channels but struggling for last 3 months but no response. Company chor hai.

Same thing happened with me yesterday only. Today I have ask them to cancel my plan as yesterday they came to install the Jioairfiber but due their mistake it was not installed so today I have ask to cancel it. They said entire amount will be refund to you withing 7 working days

Jab government Internet band karti h to jio air fiber bhi band hoga mobile internet ki tarah ya nhi hoga please btay
mujhe lagta hai jab goverment internet band karti hai to vo private telecom service providers ko bhi direct karti hai ya order karti hai apni apni services band karne ko (jisme internet bhi aata hai)
Govt jab band karti h to mainly phone k liye hi band karti h but wi fi and specially jio air Fiber ka internet chalta h vo b phle se bhot badiya Kyunki us time pe internet users or b kam ho jate h or air fiber wale full speed use karte h
