- In this video, I clarified the confusion regarding NMIMS and NM College of Commerce and Economics. Both the colleges are reputed and top-notch but it is hard to decide upon which one to choice for you. I will share my honest experience as I fell into the same dilemma.

Please help me out , earlier it was based on Merit list so non Maths Student could also clear the cut off but now they are taking entrance which includes class 11 and 12 maths higher maths but I'm a commerce without maths student how can I get in ??

Good but as attendance is not compulsory you can't get rigorous study about the subjects.

Hi bro, I got into NMIMS Mumbai and Nm college. I’m taking bcom hons and ACCA on the side any suggestion?
Both are good, take nmims for more extra curriculum activities and events , NM is mainly concentrated to academics but still you cam get active in few clubs like rotaract, intent, umang, insight etc. Nmims has more posh crowd than nm . In NM you get more professional faculty like CA, Advocate. For curriculum, they are very different. You can refer to the curriculum comparision video from the community tab of this channel

@@SoumyaShantipuri I got admission in nm for bcom (economics) and in st xaviers for bsc statistics. Which should I prefer ?Im confused because I heard the infrastructure and overall development is not good at nm. Though both are equal terms in brand I guess. What is your opinion?

Maths is compulsory at NMIMS and not at NM. I hold an admission offer from both NM and Mithibai and that too I'm non-math. Though I got NM college lately. I am currently in Mithibai.

@@ujjwal5803 For normal BCom the Cut off at NM was 95.6 at 3rd merit list and it was around 91.8 % in 2020
For normal BCom the Cut off at Mithibai was 94 at 3rd merit list and it was around 91% in 2020
For BCom (Hons) the cut off at 6th merit list was 93.8% and first list was 96.8% , though I know person who got at 93.4%, as no subsequent lists were then released but the seats were vacant and the offers were given.
In Mithibai the 6th merit list ended at 92.17% , though people with 91.8 % also got in because of same reason.
If you want to take admission your safe sore would be around 95.5 for BCOM Hons and same goes for BCOM.
