Anti-immigrant hate speech and misinformation about the U.S.-Mexico border took center stage on the second day of the Republican National Convention. Donald Trump’s campaign screened an ad that scapegoated migrants and asylum seekers for rising crime in the U.S. and falsely claimed Biden’s so-called open border policies have facilitated the smuggling of fentanyl. Christine Neumann-Ortiz, executive director of Voces de la Frontera and Voces de la Frontera Action, says Trump’s platform is “promoting hateful rhetoric” and the GOP has become a “white supremacist party and is a real threat to democracy.”

Since 2020, somehow, the collapse of the American economy boosted earnings FOR BILLIONAIRES & huge corps. Amazon, e.g., grew profit by $40 billion in 2020, $80 billion the following year, under Trump Tax code -- PAID ZERO IN FEDERAL TAXES for those profits.

How is securing our borders and enforcing federal immigration laws wrong?
I hear a genuine question here, so I’ll try my best. As Americans, we know that our congress has been divided and hasn’t been able to agree on a legislative approach to immigration. Our federal laws on immigration are outdated and do not reflect a human approach to the crisis of climate refugees we are facing. Our legal path to citizenship is flawed and abuses and dehumanizes undocumented workers (which as shared above, is an important part of our economy).
Finally, the big critique expressed here is the authoritarian and fascist approach Trump has promised to take.
Climate is not eligible for refugee status.... it's not real. If it was the alarmist wouldn't be buying beach property or living on islands. If you buy their lies you're a fool or a fraud.

Whatever happened during the Trump administration to the children who were separated from their parents in detention centers who were never reunited with their parents. There were no records of what happened to the parents. If I remember correctly, some of those children were sick, and some died.

I haven't seen this woman Amy talking about the hostages, including babies, children, and elderly in Gaza. It's cruel to ignore them for 9 months, especially on a channel that advocates for freedom and democracy. Where is the freedom for these babies and children to return home to Israel?

You live in a complete bubble and have no clue what's happening around you. If you bothered to read what's happening in Iran and what their presidents have been saying about the U.S. for the past 40 years, you'd understand what you're talking about. You only care about money. Don't you care what will happen when a nuclear bomb explodes? I recommend watching what happened in Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
I had a dream as a child... I saw someone who looks exactly like mrT creating concentration camps and I was on line with a lot of other very sad looking people going to one of these camps...the US was in shambles.... I happened across a yt video a few months ago where a world famous psychic said she saw the same thing... let's hope we're smart enough not to accept that particular timeline...........Blessings!
