Thanks for this amazing step by step guide, I went to the Porsche dealership and they wanted $200. So I just bought the bulb from them for $30 and I want to do it myself. My only question I have for you , I noticed that you took out the entire part but I saw that it looks like you can just replace the light bulb without disconnecting the entire thing, is that correct?
You probably can, yes - but I think it may be difficult to hold the whole unit and do that, maybe place a towel under the headlight to protect the paint while you do that. Thanks for watching and subscribe for more :)

I know this is old but do you have to disconnect the battery if your changing the whole headlight unit and putting on new light bulbs ?
That’s always a good idea, I didn’t do it but have done it since then (when I changed my headlight bulbs)
So easy it's like they knew the plastic cracked OEM
