- Touring apartments in Dallas Texas again, leaving Virginia in two weeks. Let's see what Dallas Texas has to offer. I am vlogging my experience but I know it can also help someone else who is looking to move to Dallas Texas, whether it is from Virginia or another state. I hope you enjoy this Dallas Texas apartment tour vlog. My budget was to not go over $1,200 but I found great places from $1,010-$1,200 I think I might have found my place and I’m excited to love to Dallas Texas. The frustrating thing about looking for an apartment in a big city is if you want an apartment that is a decent size you have to go far outside of downtown so you're kind of isolated with nothing within walking distance, but if you want to live around some action down town, you will be living in a shoe box. I guess it's a matter of what your priorities are.
Exactly but I must say, I couldn’t imagine living downtown because everyone goes to things else where that’s not downtown, all the hookah lounges, etc…. Are in the other cities and after a while 20mins feels normal 😊

Can't wait till I go hunting for places in Texas. This just made me want to vlog the process.

I’m from nj I originally wanted to move to Florida but Florida just has an old feel to it, after seeing this video I’m definitely considering going to Dallas, just for the fact that all my fellow black people network there and it’s so cheap wow
What part of FL were you looking at because not all spots are old. Most of your coastal cities tend to have younger crowds. I’ve been here my entire life and ready to get to Dallas!!
I was also considering Florida but it seems like a place to retire and I’m not there yet. Networking is so important and a part of the reason I moved here as well. Come give it a try. I like it so far, the pay here sucks and could be better but hey, it’s Texas

@@Everythingteash Oh, I agree!! I visited Dallas in 2015 for a blogging conference and fell in love then. I have been back a few times to confirm that Dallas is where I want to be. So, I am in the process now. I’m narrowing my apartment selection down but it’s just hard not hearing back from employers. But yes sis, I am on the way!!
