Atty may sinasaka kami matagal ng panahon nahinto lamang nung matabunan ng lahar sa pagputok ng mt. Pinatubo, binalikan namin 3 yrs ago nolinisan at kasalukuyan nmin sonasaka ngpatayo na rin kami ng bahay. Ngayon napagalaman nmin nakapangalan na sa iba ngreklamo nrin kami sa DAR subalit hanggang ngayon walang aksyon. Kasi ung certified tittle ng lupa ng lolo ko nasa Registry of Deeds po dahil hindi pa namin nailalabas ung copy, then may hawak din kaming tax declaration na pangalan ng lolo ko at binabayaran namin. at isa pa kami ay naka posisiyon doon . Kasi po more than half hectare ang kinuha nila sa lote ng lolo at nag lagay sila ng mohon . Ano po ang maganda naming gawin atty, dahil wala po akong pang abogado more power to your program atty have a bless day
