That's such a stupid question. There is no logic behind it, like "if a worm body was somehow able to live for decades and had the capacity for an entire human brain and endocrynological system", for all I know there would be no one in there, a worm wouldn't be able to think or feel anything. There are only BS psychological abuse traps like "oh so you're saying you wouldn't love me, you only value me for my body?" or "oh so you'd like a worm, you hate my body that much, do you?", or at least that's all these questions usually lead to, an outlet for negative emotions. I'm not saying all girls think like that or even ask these questions, hell no, I mean if such question was posed unironically, it's probably for a reason like that
