@@Lucky-hy2gv never tried BPP but from what I heard they better but I can’t tell you as I never tried. I did try Kaplan and felt they are rushing through the subject without deep explanation. These youtube videos actually explain it in more details without rushing.

Are exchange gain or loss is taken into account while calculating controllable profit for division?

It is very unlikely that they would be controllable by the division. However this could not be relevant for Paper PM :-)
