On the Earth, where the glow of stars pierced through the veil of night, and mountains stood as eternal guardians of time, there existed a place where silence and music merged into a single whole. It was a sacred place, where stepping into it, one could feel the breath of divinity. In this place, upon a high cliff, sat the goddess Saraswati, her two hands upon the sitar creating melodies that laid the foundation of the world.
There was something extraordinary about her appearance: although the goddess was dressed in white sari, as pure as freshly fallen mountain snow, the starlight, reflecting off her garments, created the illusion of a golden sari, as if reflecting infinite life and eternal wisdom. Her ornaments exquisitely accentuated her divinity, and in her eyes shone the bottomless depth of wisdom. Her fingers deftly glided across the strings of the sitar, and each note, like a raindrop into the ocean of eternity, infused the world with meaning and beauty.
One day, a traveler seeking truth beyond the material world came to her. His name was Arnav, and he had traversed many miles to stand before Saraswati and ask, "Oh Goddess of Wisdom, I have sought you in temples, in sacred scriptures, and in the depths of my consciousness. But wisdom eludes me, like water through fingers. Share with me the secret of true knowledge."
Saraswati stopped her play and looked at the traveler. Her gaze was full of compassion and understanding. "Arnav, true knowledge is not always where you seek it. It lies in the harmony you create between your inner world and the external. Knowledge is the understanding that every sound in the music of the universe has its place, and every person has their note in this infinite symphony."
Arnav listened intently, the goddess's words resonated in his heart like music. "But how can I find my note?" he asked.
"Listen," she replied, "not just with your ears, but with your soul. Listen to the world around you, listen to the voice within you. When you find harmony between them, you will find your note, and then true knowledge will reveal itself to you."
Arnav spent much time learning to listen. He listened to the wind, the noise of rivers, the singing of birds, and the silence of stars. With
time, he learned to find harmony in every sound and in every moment of his life.
And when he returned to Saraswati, his heart was full of understanding. He found his note, and it resonated in unison with the music of the universe.
Saraswati smiled at him, and in her smile was the reflection of all the stars in the firmament. She continued her play on the sitar, and the world kept spinning to the rhythm of her eternal melody, a melody that now also played in Arnav's heart.
Saraswati, the embodiment of perfection in wisdom and art, never ceased her quest for new knowledge and perfection. She understood that each instrument had its unique voice, its special language, its mysteries waiting to be unraveled. She could master many instruments, but she chose the sitar in this sacred place because the sitar was the key to the souls of those listening, to the vibrations of the universe, and to the harmony of life.
Sitting under the heavens, Saraswati delved deep into the study of every string, every fret, and every sound that the sitar could produce. She was not just playing music-she was seeking the hidden meaning behind each vibrating tone, striving to understand the world through the harmonies and dissonances created by her divine fingers.
Every time she touched the sitar, it was not just a performance, it was a discovery of new horizons of wisdom, new paths to understanding. The sitar for Saraswati was not just an instrument-it was a bridge connecting the physical with the divine, the earthly with the eternal.
And so continued the eternal play of Saraswati, the goddess of wisdom and knowledge, on the sitar under the starry sky, in that sacred place where silence and music merged into one, where each note was a prayer, and each melody-an epiphany. The starlight, playing on her white sari, served as a beacon to all seekers, a reminder that the path of knowledge is a path of endless striving and constant self-improvement, even for gods.

Goddess Saraswati is the Goddess of knowledge, Gyan. Her face, eyes in most of depictions reflects that sense of being the fountain of knowledge and has a matured serene look which this picture lacks. And she is dressed in white not in Golden as she potrays that it is not money, richness that is superior but the wisdom one has acquired in life.
