Venne Derp nah i meant ever since the promos started, not on this one specifically. it bothers me particularly because i do not like twice at all and when i dont like a thing but i cant escape the thing, then i end up hating the thing. i dont hate them as individuals and i dont hate them actively as a group on the internet, i just dont want anything to do with them and it makes me very upset that im trying to support a group that truly makes me happy and i cant escape the thing that upsets me because they just wont stop talking about it. but i also generally think its unfair to keep on talking about other groups on an x group's videos.

This a really refreshing and amazing comeback that they have clearly worked hard for it. They did a comeback after a year only to get to promote it for 2 weeks and win like 2 times? just when i decided to stan aoa and be an elvis and not just an ordinary fangirl who casually listens to them but then this happened. i'm so sad that all of their efforts were wasted because of these controversies. The album is GOLD tbh there's no ugly song, the photobook is a masterpiece. i think the only flaw of this is the unfair line distribution but that's it. It's really unfair for them and for the fans that they had to cut their promotions tbh.

I was reading the comment section hoping to find one talking about how AMAZING their outfits are because I am so in love with the fringe - I was so happy they utilized it to a different color here because I prefer the fringe outfits way more than the lifeguard concepts, but I was disgusted at all the butthurt and slander in the comments.
Really guys? Okay, I'm a fan of both AOA and Twice and just because AOA didn't win doesn't mean you guys should slander anyone else. EVERYONE WORKS HARD IN THIS INDUSTRY. There's so much corruption and backhanded deals going behind the scenes in the industry not to mention a lot of idols these days are so young and they're overworked to the bone. Fan wars are higher than ever and it seems like people get pissy at any little thing nowadays, and it sucks!! I miss the days when I saw groups of both genders interacting freely with one another without delusional fans getting on their coattails or when idols actually promoted for a full month without having concerts or tours in between.
I realize I went a bit off track there, but we all know that if you want the music show win, you have to have the numbers to back it up. Regardless of whether you thought Cheer Up was better or worse than Good Luck, you can't deny that Twice has the more powerful fanbase at the moment and they have been doing extremely well with this comeback. I'm a huge fan of Seventeen and I honestly knew in my heart before they even comeback that Twice would sweep up all the awards simply because they have more public recognition at the moment (however, I'm so happy Seventeen at least managed to win two times and I'm happy that Twice is still doing so well, like they have soooo many all kills on the charts it's crazy). It's unfortunate AOA was hit with a overdramatized controversy right before their comeback, but they are doing very well despite what some haters like to think. They are both good songs in my opinion, and if they can get along, why can't some of their fans? We can argue who really deserves it all day but there are groups that will never even have the chance to even be nominated due to company power and public recognition, let's just be thankful for great music and what AOA has accomplished thus far despite people trying to drag them down 24/7.
