That depends on how much you're willing to commit some of your APM into repair management. In Tiberian Dawn, repair A.I. is less mature - it requires more attention from you than its successors. If you can afford the micromanagement overhead, it's worth it. Otherwise, you're better off simply focusing on damage control, like this guy.

Well if you read his Wikipedia page you can find out what he was up to prior to Tiberian Sun. I just took those events and made it into a campaign.
