Nicole, I still do your workouts all the time. I do a lot of heavy lifting but doing this workout at the start of end of a leg day makes a HUGE difference to my glute growth. Love you for this!

Now let me tell u all straight if u aren't ready for a real bun on ur butt then dont dare. Have started out her workout videos for somedays now n I will tell u they're effective and it all gets ur muscles,glutt or what ever the workout is meant for engage n u will feel them burn. U will feel like u have finally found what u had been searching for all this while. She is efficient n her workouts video are a great help n of effectiveness. I just tried this one now n I will tell you my glutes n bottom feel so sore. The thing I most love about her workout is she give a release(stretch) at the end of every workout which most trainers don't do. Those help your muscle to release n u dont feel so much pain the next day. Your voice is just so soothing to listen to while u do the workouts it makes u wanna go extra on it. She acts like she is there with u in person doing it which is amazing. Thanks for this workout and more and thank you for sharing

@Onion Face so true , i saw no results with squats but with her workouts i always use ankle weights and a resistance bands then incorporate hip thrusters with my bar and my bubble butt gets so round and more bubble .. she has the best booty workouts on youtube , very lil rest just burning it out ..i hate her and love her at the same time lol ;) wish she would bring out more abs workouts also :)

Nicole is Queen of butt workouts! Intense, but very effective. Even if you don't, like me, have beauty booty aims, it gets to the hugest muscle group and works those glutes thoroughly and in a fun way.
This is the ONLY video I could find that actually gives me a good burn. Everyone else gives simple workouts and they get tired out after fifteen squats and I’m just sitting there like.....”Girl how!?”
1 month check in: I have had extremely irregular periods ever since I got my IUD. Like...3 or 4 months would go by without so much as a spot...very common among IUD users. However, ever since I started doing this exact workout every day and sometimes every other day...I have been getting my regular cycle!! My hormones are getting back in check from this! Amazing. I'm 30!
What motivates me when i feel the burn is i imagine all the food in my body is going straight to my butt muscles and i push through more idk weird but works for me

I put off doing this glute workout because it's only 15 minutes - I like to spend about 60 minutes on my glutes. But I happened to be pressed for time today so I did it to get in a quick workout and whoa!!!
Yes it's a short workout but it is intense and worthwhile. The sensation of glute activation here is worth an hour's workout.

Anna Z 60 Minutes is way too long especially on one body part. You can get the same results in at least half the time because by then you're just wearing that part out and you're going to have problems later the body does not like to be worn down in one spot over and over and over
