Tuning - Drop D.
So this one has some tricky riffs. For the main riff mainly stick to alternate picking. For the first time half of the riff I start it with a down stroke, when it goes to 12, 0, 12, 0, the second time I start on an upstroke so that the 5 on the low D is played with a down stroke.
For the last portion of the song there's several layers that build up. I'd suggest picking the octave melodies rather than the single note lines. The 16, 12, 0, 12, part is also a good choice and fun to play.
Take it slow and keep practising and you'll nail it 🤘

the main intro riff is not played on 12th fret but on 5th of the 2nd string, which sound more "aggressive" :)

I'm running all plugins, my typical chain is the TSE 808 -> Le456 or Ignite Amps Emissary -> A mix of God's cab and Marshall impulses loaded into an IR loader.

That sounds about right, I find that LoG don't have a huge amount of gain on their sound and it's quite a level eq

If it's got single coil pickups you might struggle to get the same thickness to the tone. They tend to have a more twangy characteristic

Sorry it took a while to get back to you! I use the Le456 and Tse 808 plugins a lot as well as the Ignite amps Emissary plugin.

Oh man I hate to be that guy, but the very first riff you’re not even playing right. You’re not even palm muting the open strings
My hand was probably too near the bridge to get that really tight mute so they've bled too much
I don’t think any of the riffs played here are correct. Every one sounds slightly off
