I have a Roccbox and love it, we live full time in an RV so the smaller size is definitely a benefit...Gozney just seems to make a more quality product... but i wouldn't say no to a Kuda 16 if someone offered it to me😂

Noob here btw ! Why do i see sometimes airy, fluffy crusts.. that raised 2-3x more and some other time the crust doesnt seem to raise at all like in this video ?!
It's 50% in the dough, and 50% in the method. The way its stretched makes a huge difference.
Both aren’t that good I’d get a dome. These ovens with huge openings/doors relative to the overall size aren’t good in terms of retaining heat. I use a koda 16 and a karu 12 (which I prefer) and the koda doesn’t hold heat well.
How many pizzas are you making? I can do 6 in the xl during a 20 min time frame without needing any additional recovery time aside from making prepping the pizza. If you are doing high volume, the rockbox is the gold standard.
Big mistake to turn off the flame. Just put low flame. Italians pizzaiolos would fired you instantly
My Koda 16 is awesome. I don't know why people say it doest retain heat. Mine heats up fast ,especially with my steel from Etsy. Don't Carre for the Arc and the burner placement...

basically you were able to make terrible pizzas with 2 of the best pizza oven on the market...😅 you really need to improve your technique and practice with the flame...turning off the oven doesn't make any sense.
