Then use the analog stick. Like, switch between them, use the D-Pad for curtain moves, then the same for the analog stick. I do that on this, Mkx and Mk11.

it's because 4 is for traits in injustice, and 1,2,3 aren't for specific limbs, but for medium/light/heavy
