Strung Out - "Analog" (Official Music Video) NEW ALBUM DEAD REBELLION OUT NOW 💥 Stream: orcd.co/m8yemvo Get the Vinyl: shop.strungout... #strungout #punkrock #music #deadrebellion #analog
I recall this video was filmed at the old Redhook Brewery in Ballard after they headlined at Graceland (now El Corazón) with Rise Against as the opener - took my now wife to that show 🤠
Wow it's been 20 years since this dropped, So much happened in my life at the time this album came out, always brings back the not so great memories.. But what a album!
This was my favorite album until transmission alpha Delta came out, but I remember very clearly the first show I went to see them was right after Agents of the Underground dropped and they were playing with Pour Habit and the Flat liners at this bar venue in Germyn Pennsylvania, i was up front rocking out to Black Crosses wondering what album it was on cuz I'd never heard it and when it was done the guy next to me asks so what's your favorite album and I responded with exile and asked his "fucking Agents of the underground of course" i was perturbed as i hadnt heard of this album and turned ti my brother who shrugged and then we walked over to the merch table and had the surprise of a lifetime when we saw all the agents stuff and immediately bought two copies of it. I'll never forget them playing this song analog at that one as it was my favorite song at the time and I was singing my heart out right in front of Jason and hitting the notes and must have been pretty damn loud because he could hear me over everything else going on in the show and at the end of the song he looked down at me and yelled into the mic "NICE PIPES DUDE" if i had died thst night i wouldve had no regrets and my life woukd have been complete! Fucking love these guys, they are the discography of my life and every album has related so closely to what's going on in my life and has saved me from the brink many times
You wear your hat The way you sip your tea The memory of all that Lord knows, they can't take that away from me Through the coolest haze of this dream-like maze, it has begun And all I wanted you near With these wounds I bled, a perfect tone of red, in isolation Through the swollen eyes Of the dying and my waking dreams We're all dying To become what we swore we never would Now I watch and mourn in bloom You take the way you know, I'll take the road unknown And meet you there at the end of time We are frequency, we are tragedy We are the love, we need to keep us here We are the dying, we are the hungry ones We are the waiting, forever faithful When I see you on the other side I will not be the same as I was when I was yours How I wanted you near We are the dying, we are the lonely ones We are the haunted, forever waiting And when I see you on the other side I will not be the same as I was when I was yours We've got the anger, fear and isolation (we are the dying) Exiled to this place We've got the pain, separate the tragic years (we are the heartache) I've gone through all this waste And when we finally separate ourselves (and when I see you) The world we choose to leave behind I will not be the same as I was when I was yours Source: Musixmatch
The entire Exile album was wayyy ahead of its time. Most Strung Out releases have been mind you.
Tragically underrated
That's their best cd
One of the best punk/metal songs ever...
😎💯🎶🤟🔥🥰
RIGHT
Strung Out never get old
That intro gets me everytime. Absolute killer track
This album is my all time favorite.

Still killing it. I've heard you're amazing live which is something I've yet to experience.
Killer album.

This brings me back to 2006 when I got out of highschool ❤

I like the power which is in the Strung Out music.
Love Strung Out, love this song, love this video. How is there no better video quality for this one? It needs to be upscale or something!

Was just blasting it in the car today.
This is fucking sublime
I miss this strung out 🤘😎🤘
You wear your hat
The way you sip your tea
The memory of all that
Lord knows, they can't take that away from me
Through the coolest haze of this dream-like maze, it has begun
And all I wanted you near
With these wounds I bled, a perfect tone of red, in isolation
Through the swollen eyes
Of the dying and my waking dreams
We're all dying
To become what we swore we never would
Now I watch and mourn in bloom
You take the way you know, I'll take the road unknown
And meet you there at the end of time
We are frequency, we are tragedy
We are the love, we need to keep us here
We are the dying, we are the hungry ones
We are the waiting, forever faithful
When I see you on the other side
I will not be the same as I was when I was yours
How I wanted you near
We are the dying, we are the lonely ones
We are the haunted, forever waiting
And when I see you on the other side
I will not be the same as I was when I was yours
We've got the anger, fear and isolation (we are the dying)
Exiled to this place
We've got the pain, separate the tragic years (we are the heartache)
I've gone through all this waste
And when we finally separate ourselves (and when I see you)
The world we choose to leave behind
I will not be the same as I was when I was yours

I want to know why this song's writer is so angry.

the video quality is very poor
Hoping the announcement tomorrow has something to do with this.
