Lissie's amazing. She combines the better elements of Bonnie Raitt, Fleetwood Mac, and numerous others. I adore her music, thanks to David Lynch, Mark Frost, and all the fine folks that put together one of the best seasons of television EVER!
This song and Shadows by the Chromatics are my favorite songs in Twin Peaks: The Return. Both songs are powerful and give me crazy chills.

I got chills while watching this for the first time. It felt like a relief after so much darkness.

Isn't it weird when you hear a song that puts into words and music exactly what you think and feel. Lissie is the most profound songwriter of the 21st Century so far.
The Return was a fever dream. Shame we'll never get a 4th season.
It is the definition of fever dream. Nothing makes sense, but everything feels real, and it leaves us thinking about it for a long time after.
Mr. Lynch has poured his heart out onto the production, this is the showcase of his peak knowledge of film making. I don't expect season 4 since there's still too much of season 3 for the next generation of film makers to learn from.
I think the whole show was Cooper's dream since the first season. And if they don't make a season 4 maybe they can make a movie but if they don't it's ok, dreams aren't supposed to make perfect sense.

This was my first exposure to Lissie and I have been a Superfan ever since. She is just the best, who writes and sings from her heart with such passion. Also a great performer and I never miss the chance to see her live when she is in LA. Yes, thank you David Lynch and Mark Frost for giving the rest of us the gift that is Lissie!

Twin Peaks: The Return, besides being the best and my personal favourite movie of the 2010s also introduced me to some incredible artists like Lissie. Thanks for the wild ride, Mark Frost and David Lynch!

I recommend watching it! It's intensely crazy and definitely an acquired taste, but it might grab you like it did me. I'm also grateful that it had this song, I discovered Lissie through this scene, and now I can't stop listening.

My streaming service skips to next episode in the end but this one I had to find how to follow through it all.
This happened at a very dark time in my life, and obviously the show had been pretty dark up to this point. I wasn’t familiar with Lissie, but broke down as soon as this started; it just touched something in me. It’s so hopeful, so defiant, things I had struggled to be up to that point. Huge, huge fan from thereon in. Have seen her several times, met her several times (she’s lovely), heck, even wrote a song inspired by the first time I met her, which my band recorded, although I don’t sing lead on that version:
