  • 1993 is a wonderful vintage for Clynelish and here we have a first fill Bourbon cask bottled by Hunter Laing. This was bottled for K&L Wines!!

I’ve only had their 14 year and find it to be excellent. Can only imagine how tasty this one is. Cheers!

93 vintage a great year for many IB Clynelish bottles, definitely worth hunting like 96 Ben Nevis

Sounds delicious and great score. What was the price? I've only had the 14 yr a long time ago. I need to come around and revisit Clynelish products. Great review.

Thanks for this review. I bought this from K&L last year. I haven't opened it yet. Sounds tasty, can't wait to open mine 😋

@@maltreviews *If you're a Bruichladdich fan you might be interested in this.* Along with my purchase of the 28yr. Clynelish. I also bought a 26yr old Hunter Laing Old and Rare bottle of Bruichladdich and a 20 yr Port Charlotte bottled by Dramfool. Both are really fun, however that 20yr Port Charlotte is very interesting. It might be the oldest to date? As a Bruichladdich and peat fan it was fun to see how Port Charlotte matures over time. Cheers!

Why did it take 28 years, poor cask choice?
