Nirvana - You know You're Right
Yea this one. So good
Best song in my opinion and not as dark as they say. He was a GENIUS
Kurt invented this new thing now 20 years later. Impressions while watching a video!
That one gives me chills every time I hear it
*Something in the Way is one of my favorite Nirvana songs❤*
It's my absolute favorite nirvana song. Perfection.
@@myjaxter214 ❤❤❤
the mtv unplugged performance is my favorite performance of something in the way
*insert Lithium chorus here*. This.
Yasss!
Just imagine it's the early 90's and you're hearing this for the first time and you're hearing the music industry being changed forever...
I remember. My first introduction to the Grunge movement was Alice in Chain's Angry Chair being in heavy rotation on MTV and I was instantly hooked.
I lived it exactly as you said it 👌👍
I was there
I’m old enough to remember
When in MTV played real music❤️ I remember watching them on unplugged. Best times ever!
“Breed” by Nirvana. You’re welcome
Plant a house
Build a tree
I agree
The live at paramount version, the energy in that performance is grunge perfection lmao
Saying "you're welcome" before someone has thanked you is kind of presumptuous.
@@johnnyjohnny6174 Your mom, thank you.
Try Nirvana - "In Bloom"
Definitely!
Love that one
Yess!!! The music video is awesome too haha
that song got old fast for me
that would be ironic
I was 27 when this album came out and I thought it was one of the best things I’d ever heard, I can only imagine what it would have been like if I was 15 at the time it would have blown my head off
I can't tell you how absolutely breathtaking this band was when they exploded onto the airwaves . The 80's had become so ridiculous , these guys brought in the 90's . I'd heard of them , but when I heard them , it was a reaction the same as yours .
About a Girl and Scentless Apprentice are some good ones to try.
Wow, those 2 songs are on 2 different ends of the nirvana spectrum, I love it
@@jboogie9469 No doubt.
No. About a Girls is OK but it is absolutely too early for Scentless Apprentice. If you want to go In Utero she should start with Frances Farmer or Pennyroyal Tea...maybe even Dumb if you want to expose her to a different Nirvana sound.
30 years ago this music was the death of rock before it. That's no exaggeration either. It temporarily rendered a style of music unfashionable almost overnight. But it was only built to occupy that space in time. It was an exciting couple of years.
I absolutely ❤️ when the younger generation discovers the late great Kurt Cobain’s beautiful and melodic 🎵 music....🙏🏻
And now you know why Sirius radio has a station called Lithium
Song aside, Shiloh is just too adorable when she rocks out!
One of their best songs!
I recommend "Drain You" by Nirvana, it was Kurt's favorite songs aswell as mine.
The verse vocal melody is phenomenal
My favorite and also my 9 year olds favorite. Love that song
Love seeing young people react to Nirvana for the first time. It's like they're about 30 years late to the party... but it doesn't matter because they "get it" the way we did when this amazing band hit the scene.
LOVED THE REACTION!!! You made me go listen to more Nirvana!!!
So, back in the 80's were the "hair bands." They dominated the radio waves with their super ballads and party songs for years and then came this. I remember the first time hearing it, thinking. "Welp say good bye to hair bands." Perhaps not single handedly, but pretty close to it, Nirvana changed the entire musical landscape.
“In a plain” is my favorite out of every single song they have done 😁
'On A Plain' actually!
*YAY! MORE NIRVANA ❤*
I love Nirvana! 🤘🤘
You can't go wrong with nirvana.
There's much better grunge out there though.
@Jaxon Mummy Yes.
@@jensclarberg6419 no
@@jensclarberg6419 Nope, not with more hits than them. Just No
I'm an older guy. I've seen music trends come and go. It certainly is fun watching you get excited over music that is 20 years old..
Know what's worst? ... It's not 20 years old... It's gonna be 30 years old in September! It amazes me that it withstood the test of time and still counting 😁
@@Ludeguy83 that is VERY true
Nirvana - one of the few artists from the 90s that I really like. If you loved this one, please try "In Bloom", great song, hilarious video.
You have to understand how important these songs and sounds were to young kids of that generation. Nirvana were something completely different. Nirvana are such an important band to so many people;
You're killing it with the reactions. Always very lovely and genuine!
That smile of yours always makes my day a little brighter. 😇
"Breed" live at the paramount in 91
Try Nirvana - Sliver
It’s just 2 minutes long, but it’s good
I'm so happy you're really enjoyong this band!
Nirvana was the last truly significant rock band in popular music. Oasis gets a mention because they came ever so slightly after but they never truly crossed over to America. The world needs another Nirvana right now.
Nirvana - LOUNGE ACT asap!
Yes!
just found out about this great band thanks to your video!! going to send some fan mail to the members, thank you so much again! god bless
Hell Yes...one of my all time favs....dont forget to do...You know your right..your a natural Nirvana fan lol
Glad you are loving Nirvana. Still so many great songs to go
While you’re on this Nirvana kick, I recommend checking out Territorial Pissings live on Jonathan Ross
One of my fave xD
Plz plz react to nirvanas- all appologies
unplugged version!
"I'm so ugly but that's ok, 'cause so are you" is one of my favourite lyrics.
Nice reaction😃👍
I'm Irish, but in 91-92 I was 21,
living and working in Portland OR and spending my weekends in Seattle. Nirvana and Pearl jam were rocking everything. My work was paying all my bills and American girls really like an Irish accent ;-) it was a great time to be alive :-D
omg watching your videos is my new way of not vibing alone
If you get anything out of this reaction experience, I'm glad you found an appreciation for Nirvana
Hi Shiloh, I'm loving this Nirvana kick that you're on! Kurt Cobain was a genius when it came to songwriting, and his voice was simply amazing.
One of my favorite Nirvana songs
I love Nirvana. I remember being a junior in high school and switching schools and being able to have a completely fresh start, I started dressing differently, more expressive to how I’d like to, I started listening to music I wanted to, rather then the music all my “friends” listened to, mainstream stuff. I felt so empowered, so moved. Then I found Soundgarden and Chris Cornell, and he had the edge of Nirvana yet the voice of an angel, then I discovered all his other bands and his solo stuff, and MANY MANY other amazing bands from every generation! It all started with the Nirvana Unplugged album. Thank you Nirvana for changing my life!!!!
It's go great to see a younger generation enjoying my generations music! Loved your reaction!
In grudge era there was another really good band that didn't get as much attention, Sever Mary Three. Check out their song Waters Edge.
Good band, great song
Seven Mary Three. Cumbersome
@@bigsofty1977 Cumbersome is the most popular of their songs. That's the first one I remember hearing on the radio.
So GR8 to see you Jam out to sweet older gen music and pick it up like it was YESTERDAY...Gr8 react!!! Thx
That was a great song ,that's one of the 1st songs i learned on my guitar when i was 19 you did a great pick Shiloh ,im so glad your getting into nirvana great reaction from you Shiloh i think the toy company should make a Shiloh bobble head doll your awesome !!! keep up the great work!
Please react to “The Man who Sold the World”, by Nirvana. It’s a David Bowie cover. Thanks!
I was in high school when Nirvana was big. It was the greatest thing we had ever heard and I still love them!
you are ready for some Nirvana "Breed" live at the paramount 1991
I love your reactions...so genuine!! Being super pretty is an added bonus too!
yep i was goin to nirvana concerts when u were just born id say........ keep it alive
I ABSOLUTELY love this reaction video!!
This is music glad you found nirvana ❤️
I have and love all their albums. There is something very compelling and original with Kurt's use of the simplest of chord progressions. He breathed new life into stuff that was very standard. If you start with the first album and binge to the last, you can clearly hear him evolving into something quite special.
Definitely one of their best known songs. We lost Kurt way too young.
Thanks for reviewing this, I needed to rock a bit tonight. Been a rough couple of days.
Edit: Anything from the 80s or early 90s by Meatloaf 🤘✊🎶🎙
Please react to “You know you’re right” the last song Nirvana ever recorded. It really raw and amazing 🤟😎
"Dive" by Nirvana. Check it.
Fuck yea, brother
This guy gets it and I second the motion.
Another of the best bass tracks of all time. Kirst really had it goin on that day.
Thats voice....thats voice....is amazing forever
I love seeing the Nirvana reactions. One of my favorite bands. Something in the Way and All Apologies are great ones. Also, you should eventually add Red Hot Chili Peppers to the Mix. maybe start with either Under the Bridge or Give it Away.
Love ur reaction. Next try “in bloom”. There’s a funny music video for it.
You know your right. Song is amazing and i love the video of live shots and behind the scenes stuff. Kinda of a tribute to kurt.
Nice reaction. This is the best song of Nirvana by far, in my opinion.
God you are the cutest reactor, every reaction is gold. I wish you would make more reactions 😍
“Come as you are” is brilliant, and was basically their second single, so I’ll suggest that one.
On a Plain is a great one too!!
How much fun did I just have! Outstanding😮😊
This has been my favorite Nirvana song since it dropped.
*Please react to Soundgarden/Audioslave and Chris Cornell's solo stuff💚*
Chris Cornell - Nothing compares 2 U
@@markparker4536 yes! Depending on the day, this makes me cry💚😪💚
I did get to see them, in 93, in Williamsburg.. Can't remember if they played this.. It was always a fun little riff to play, though..
Nirvana are a treasured past of my childhood, yeah im old 😅
When this album came out every one was playing it. Every race, cree, color every one was down with Nirvana there is nothing I could even compare it to
It's really awesome to know that he's still making people feel like I did when I first heard it in 1991 that Rush of euphoria inside that makes you want to get up and just start dancing in circles Kurt had that he was very special dude he died way back in 1994
Such an amazing badass song.. lithium has helped so many! Kurt💔🎼🎸🎤❤️
Come as You Are. Great song.
Try Carlos Santana Soul Sacrifice live at Woodstock. Just sayin'. It is one of the most amazing live performances ever on film. Dude was about 18 at the time.
Hell yeah!
The man who sold the world is one of my favorite songs from them
They have so many great songs, but The Unplugged set always captivated me...seeing their acoustic side was really cool to me, usually they had more of a "plugged" style🤓 About a Girl, The Man Who Sold The World, & Plateau are awesome!
Check out some live Nirvana. The intensity of one of their live shows is amazing. I would recommend “Live and Loud” 1993.
One of the best songs from nirvana. You must listen to: "stay away" or "rape me" Really fast songs with good lyrics.😊
Your smile is infectious keep it up.
Just..such s f**king good song
Check out Nirvana Unplugged, it's amazing. This was my high school years and it's hard to explain what they did to the music back then.
You rocked hard to that song Shiloh!
Always beautiful and always amazing! ❤️
R.I.P Kurt we miss you!!😭
Ahh shame you couldn't show the proper music video version as it always takes me back. Some of the scenes from it were shot over here in the UK at their Reading Festival performance from 1991 (the year before they headlined in 1992 and were much lower down on the main stage line up). It was my first time at the Reading Festival that year when I was 18. It was the second out of five times I saw Nirvana and was one of my favourite of those five times. A lot of critics praised their Reading 92 show, but personally that was my least favourite. It was so rammed with people by the time they came on in 92 and Kurt didn't seem as into it as the other shows I'd seen. 91 at Reading was so much better. Not as many people were interested in them so I could get closer to the stage and they just seemed to be enjoying it much more as a band. Happy memories :)
Cool to see that you're open to suggestions.
Nirvana - Something in the way🖤
I love this band
The Polyphonic Spree covered this, it's excellent
I just found this reaction and it was pretty amazing, from Nirvana I could recommend you something like "School" but you must see the entire unplugged of Nirvana, it's like 45 min show but mind blowing, you'll love it.
Such a great pure reaction
This girl is beautiful and a great song
Love this reaction :D
Lithium from the live and loud concert is a good live version
I can't wait for her to hear In Bloom.
Lithium is the major component in the drug that Kurt Cobain was taking for bipolar syndrome. The lyrics reflect the condition with its happy/sad lines and manic chorus. A great Nirvana song I haven't seen anyone suggest yet is "Been a Son".
This has Metal resonances, but it's not a numbing wall of sound. I really like that about nirvana.
