Very cool mix 🎵🎶🎵 It's a good warmup routine👍 but for the participants in a Zumba®️ Gold format's class, it needs to be at a slower pace, especially all the arm lifts, arm rollings, & torso twists. Can't do such deep squats & back knee lifts, either. Elderly people can injure themselves with such fast movements 😒😔
