its not promoting the guy. its highlighting the absurdity of these hacks. Blueballs must see this and know its ridiculous. They saw the shroud video and STILL the same hack is in place. This just highlights that actually blueballs arent really doing much/anything...but you know...new skins and paids crates will come in fast.
Just because new skins and new crates come out doesn't mean they're not working on the cheating issue. They have a team for creating crates and skins, and another team fighting against exploits and such. Unfortunately, every time they patch a cheat, a new one takes it's place, so from the outside it looks like they aren't doing anything. You have to keep in mind, patching a cheat could potentially break an important in-game feature or ruin some mechanics, so that field of work is relatively sensitive.
