most of my videos are copyrighted and some are not, i think the song owners decide if they want to take down or just let the video stay on youtube. those ads you see on my videos doesn't go on my revenue but instead the revenue goes to the song owners. and i have tips for you, pick a song from an song artist that is not really famous and you'll get a chance that you'll not get copyrighted, and search 'not copyrighted songs'. hope it helps :)
