it was your older 5 minute wake up stretch that first introduced me to you! i loved it and i loved this one as well. my cycle has me not feeling too great this morning so this was a nice way to wake up and open up my body :)

Hi. I'm a big fan of all yours videos. I've developed Patellar tendonitis in both knees and I was hoping you might have a 10-15 yoga to help me or maybe make one. Anyways thank you for everything either way.

Hi Joelle, I’ve been enjoying following along with your videos since I found your channel last month. The arch of my foot has collapsed in recent years, my foot looks flat now. Would you happen to know if there are good yoga poses I could do to help bring them back/strengthen them? Thank you!
Happy to have you with us Alex, thanks for the message! I have a practice for foot pain that you may like to try to see if any of the movements or stretches seem feel helpful for you.
