Diane Anton took the paint out of the pan. It's like silicone. It was just glued to the bottom of the pan. It wasn't like a chunk of dry crackled Western WCs because of the animal glue binder. However, Diane didn't divvy it up into Western pans for comparison.

No problem 😊 You should check out Studio of MM here on CZcams. She has a shop where she 3D prints these pans. Here the direct link: www.studioofmm.com/store/extra-large-paint-pans

I searched the internet for Kurtake Art Nouveau @ Blick and Amazon both were out of stock.
On Blick’s site it was on back order it would be in stock 5/31/2023 and at Amazon…currently unavailable.
So I ordered from Blick 4/23/ 2023 and waited patiently, checking, checking and checking…..then it showed it wouldn’t be in stock until 7/31/2023😢 I cancelled my order.
This very long explanation is to say: where there’s a will, there’s a way. I went on Amazon Japan and ordered it for the same $$ that it would cost from Blick’s and, and…it arrives tomorrow 😃😜
Update: My Kurtake Art Nouveau arrived 5 min ago! From ordering to arrival 6 days, I’m thrilled.

I guess I've never tried or thought to get on Amazon Japan - but that's awesome! I ended up finding a set online at St.Louis Art Supply. Hope you enjoy it!

      I…love this set! I’m new,
1 month new to the art of watercolors. I’ve purchased small palettes & even though they’re still pricey this is my approach. I’ll do the same with paper then brushes. My approach to any of my crafts is to find the middle ground, then if I find that I’m good at it and have or develop a passion for the craft I’ll spend more $$ on the tools. For me the tools are key. I’m enjoying your channel.
