What made me see a situation or any situation I felt I needed to let go….instead of seeing said situation as dreaming what we could be. I stopped. Disconnected from the noise. And physically stopped and looked at the situation. For example with my ex I came home from work and stood in the kitchen and just looked at the scene in front of me. After the fight. As he was playing video games with his headset on. Just looked. The glance he gave me saying, “what” made me sad. But I stood quiet. And said is this what I want. Grow…on the other side of that coin. When I’m happy I do the same thing. Stop in ur tracks for a min. Look at the scene…if it makes u smile. Fills ur heart. I am currentlyon probation for dv and just set up my mh treatment and got dignosed with PTSD mainly associated with the mental and physical beatings i recieved from my parents (Both Leos) of which I with the support of my sister and my parents past landlord who gave me a place to live and a job when my parents kicked me out.
