Grace spent her childhood training to become a classical ballerina, however, her father persuaded her to apply for the role of a Delta Flight Attendant. Since then, she has grown to love the job and the close relationships she's formed while in-flight.

Has Delta given up on older people? They have a wealth of experience and wisdom to bring with them. Grace seems so sweet and I'm sure is a great employee, but older, more experienced people usually make great employees also. The people in this video were young, I wish Delta would also profile older people you have hired for the Flight Attendant position.Isn't this the era of DEI?
