About the mega rebarrel using buzzbee shells it looks like it will fit with some sanding and dart post removal

Captain a hvz rule for your mini gun is have it locked away and the humans have to take you to pick it up then you can shoot the zombies

hey Cap, you should really look into doing a hellboy style mod for the MEGA tri-break, I'm very curious about that
OOH! Very useful for a custom blaster I'm working on, two exploders and firefly with rapid strike internals.
This technique for connecting shell pieces is strong and simple. It also gives a scrap parts looks. I'm probably going to have all the screws as visible on my blaster as I can get them to be.
i'd also recommend quick release clamps for glue and drilling nerf stuff you want to stay together. I have 2 i use also for electronics repairs on screens that need to stay put while i heat up adhesive to be set
I'm interested in seeing where this series goes. Integrations have always intrigued me, but they seem beyond my skill and patience. Thanks.
I'm so happy this video is up I just did my first integration with an Apollo and a centuron barley and it went well now I just have to follow this for my stock

A tip: Something I haven't seen any YT Nerf modder do, that may be helpful for the permanent bonding of shells...
Since the shells are made of ABS, it dissolves in acetone. You can mix little bits of ABS plastic into a little jar of acetone, let it dissolve into a slurry or paste.
Use this as the glue for ABS parts, and it chemically bonds all of it together as one pjece of plastic. It'll be as strong or stronger than if it was originally moulded in one piece. You can also use a.small syringe to drop acetone spots right onto the seams and it will bond the plastic.
We use this technique in 3d printing of ABS all the time.
It'll be stronger than CA glue, and in many cases even screws and mechanical fasteners.
That is a awful lot of words to say "solvent welding." Something the hobby is very familiar with. ;)

So why is it that I don’t see too many people using solvent welding to adhere two different shells together during integration? I have to imagine there’s a reason....I mean, it's cheap and easy.
@@jasonjulian1 would you believe I cannot speak to the motives of all the modders out there? I have no idea why they don't do it. You would have to ask them.
I don't do it because I prefer other less permanent options.

When you use the glue..drill tiny holes in the connector piece an glue the part in place. Toss baking soda on it and it will harden in seconds as hard as glass

wow, I thought screws would look really ugly, but they actually aren't that noticeable! I would recommend using nuts on the other side of the shim if possible, just to make sure the screw stays in place. Sometimes a thin wall of plastic just doesn't work very well.
Indeed. Tiny bolts and nuts instead of screws would be more secure. I have yet to have Nerf screws tear out though.
Oh, maybe I need thicker plastic parts, because i have almost never had success screwing into just a piece of shell. It just seems loose!

I had an idea for a net launcher for the titan, it use 5 darts attached to a net, like the grapple jolt, and you can use it to stop people, I guess

Just because I am the way I am I would add hot glue to the inside of the integration. I may not have moded nerf guns as integration but I do know it can add strength and you can ripe it of and do it again.
For next week, can you do air power, for instance connecting an air pump to a titan tank?

You should make a little mod with the nerf rebel sneak attack and make a flint lock pistol I’ve seen stuff on google like a flintlock but you should make your own
I like this technique, but it seems somewhat situational when compared to epoxy putty. I reckon both is the go.

Hey Cap, I've been looking to make a Longshot frontgun into an air powered blaster, would you recommend a Titan tank? Or would I be better off using a Big Blast tank?As a side note, I'd probably be making it modular. .

Captain Xavier im new to modding Nerf guns i bot a rival nemesis and tryed wiring it to 3s lipo and it sucked a round in to the fly wheel and melted it to the shaft of the motor any tips on how to fix this
oof...that...that sounds bad...If it burned out the motor you will have to replace it. I would remove the flywheel and try to clean it up as best you can.
this may sound strange but i took the handle of a fork from the kitchen and popped the fly wheel off and why i was doing it some of the round that got sucked in there fell out and now the gun works just fine its now a steam of balls once again love the vids btw they got me to look at modding in a different way

Sounds like your darts are worn out. Either get new darts or add a little etape in the barrel to improve the seal.

Probably. You can always just make/buy/print a rail to rail connector.
