My parents taught in two Gathiga schools you showed, and I went to Mahiaini nursery. I remember refusing to go back to class I wanted to stay with mum at her school. So she would call 7th grade girls to carry me back to class. Good old days. I narrate that story to my 7th grade students here in the USA, they find it hilarious! Thanks for this content.

This place used to be very rural 🤦🏿♀️ was there and was surprised how the village has changed and grown back in the day it was very gicagi 😂😂😂 and backward infact a guy in Gathiga would hit on you and you reject him very fast due to the backwardness there...am glad finally some civilization reached Gathiga but i know it's due the posh estate in Kitisuru and Kihingo estates and kina International School of Kenya anc that tarmacking of the road too.
