I didn't even know Aiden, P, Connor and Elliot are adopted which means that you obviously love them all the same because I wasn't aware of them not being biological. I love your family and I hope to also have a lot of kids and this is a real inspiration.
I was adopted as were other children in our family. There was also a biological child. When people were rude enough to ask mom who was adopted/biological my mom would smile ever so sweetly and respond “I don’t know, I can’t remember” 🤷🏻♀️💖

As a teacher, a mom, and a grandma, I LOVE that you do not differentiate between your children. They are ALL your children! ;) I ALSO love that you made the wise choice to keep the eldest children's past story their own. It IS their story to share or not share. You made the right choice! So many would have done the opposite. Even though there is a natural curiosity about where they came from and how they ended up in your care, it would be a breach of the trust and privacy of your children if you shared that story with us. You guys are so amazing and adorable! Keep up the good work and feel to reach out to me with any education/schooling questions. I have 37 years of teaching elementary-aged children under my belt!

I loved this. Myself, I never understood the concept of not loving an adopted child as much as a biological one. Maybe its because I grew up with cousins who were adopted and my aunt's motto was always that they grew in her heart not her belly, hence why she loved them so much. Maxine, I totally get the insecurities. You've just had four babies and maybe you feel like your body isn't as perfect as say a model's...but you have made 5 beautiful babies with that body. Rock it! You are beautiful inside and out. The adorable family part made me giggle. I also love that you bring awareness to adoption and foster care. It really does need people who have hearts like yours and are able to do so. Great video all in all tho!

I always thought my mum lied about not having a favourite child (there was 6 of us) but now, having 4 of my own, I see how it's impossible to have a favourite! They are all my favourites, and all for different reasons!

As an adopted child, I instantly loved it and even I couldn’t tell which is a good thing.Y’all are great parents and the parent style I want to have.Plus,all of them in high school actually would be good for them cause don’t worry about bullying and etc.They will be ok and feel like an only child.

First time watching your channel, I think you two are the most inspiring couple!!! Ive been in tears. I think your family would be a breath of fresh air to watch on tv in these troubling times. I am a mother of 1 son who is 22 and in the military and when he was young I thought about fostering or even adoption and I didn’t have anyone to discuss it with and when I brought it up to friends and colleagues, they had the assumption that the children are all troubled and it wouldn’t be safe for my son. I believe we as a society need to be educated about foster children. Thank you so much and God bless your family!!!!
You are both adorable!!! I know several families who are part of the foster/adoptive world...so happy that you are sharing this awareness! One family I know has over 20+ kids, some biological but most are adopted (some are grown now & have families of there own)! They are a normal couple as the two of you! My parents had 2 bio kids and 2 adopted. I remember people asking mom, “Which ones are yours?” and mom answering, “They are all ours.” If they pushed further she would simply ask “Why does it matter?” don’t think people are intentionally cruel, just thoughtless.

I have 9 kids myself, ages 13-36, all on their own now except the youngest one. We got all kinds of assumptions too, and negative comments. But mostly positive. Your family is awesome!! Ignore the haters!

I feel like you must set guidelines in order to run a good household especially a household with 9 kids. You set boundaries and guidelines mixed with kindness & compassion because all children deserve that and all NINE children are so blessed to have that with your family.
Without structure it would be MAYHEM! Does it always work? Nope🤣But we have to try our best to stay consistent!

Adoption runs in my heart if not in my blood. I'm adopted, as is my brother. Then I had two children. Then we adopted twins and their older sister, then I had another biological child. I am now 79 years old and so thankful for all of them and all the experiences that went along with them.
I totally get the "maybe one more baby". When you have 4 babies at one time, there are many reasons you may crave that "one more" (which I won't go into.) Consider they may all be out of the house at the same time in college. After 9 kids all so close in age, having an empty home can be traumatizing ! Some people can't wait for that day or don't understand that mindset. I loved having my youngest in the house, (still in the house🤗) and since the others were so much older, it made things more fun and interesting. I do wish I knew more about fostering, as there seems to be a shortage of great people like yourselves that are in it for the love of the children. Thank you and enjoy every moment 💗💯❤

What a beautiful family you have. My youngest child came into our family as a foster baby (at four weeks) and my husband and I were able to adopt him several months later. We already had two sons (9 & 11 at the time). Our youngest is our 3rd son and the fact he’s adopted is just part of who he is but I never really think about it. He’s just our son and loved as much as our other two.

I am sooo glad u treat your adopted kids like your very own, my husband was adopted from when he was born, from his biological mother's sister and her husband and to THIS day, he is being considered an outsider by all of them and the sister who is their biological daughter and she is also younger than him, she also gets better treatment ever since they were little as well, so I love how you guys take care of your kids, KEEP IT UP ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Thank you for the love! ❤️ We are strict in the sense that we are firm in our expectations. We have rules that need to be followed or our house would be pure chaos🤣! But simply, we add chores or take away privileges such as TV before bed, etc. Our kids are very good kids, so I think we are blessed in that sense! We have found that by having a conversation with our kids about our household expectations, it has led them to understand the why.

I know I’m no doubt the bazillionth person to say this, but I can’t help it ... your husband is, like, a clone of Treat Williams to me (only a younger Treat). Beyond that, thanks for being so open. You’re a terrific couple! I had twins, and can’t even imagine the first year with quads. I really can’t, and our twins were easy-going guys! It does get massively easier than singletons after they reach walking age or so, but your first 6 months must’ve been a sleepy blur. Kudos.

This was hilarious, the questions peeps ask... I strongly believe love makes it work for the good and bad days. You two should be foster poster parents. My daughter has said she wanted to adopt because of her back issues. Now we know she has a genetic disability and this is all she talks about. To feel love and give someone love is such a great feeling. I actually had a stranger ask me why I would have another child when my daughter was 5, and I was pregnant. Ignorant people do not deserve to know what my body did in that time. Anyway, love your posts and the feeling of love you all share.

yo, i always tell people that, my parents are strict but they’re cool, and people are always confused and i’m like, they have rules i have to follow and consequences i have to do (had there a need be) but they’re cool, loving and really good parents. they take me to concerts and pick me up at events, they let me get out and do what i want, it’s not like like they tie me up somewhere in the house and lock me lmao 😂

Initially we fostered our oldest 4 children, but we were lucky enough to adopt them 2 and a half years later!
Our foster care system is broken. We need more people like you to fix it.

I have both biological and adopted both are gift from God. They both can not be replaced were meant to live with me, not anyone else I know this for a fact. Its not anyone elses business I think if you are lucky enough to have other people around to help thats wonderful but its not money that makes children happy its LOVE,time and affection they receive from you.Its exactly the way God planned it He did that not you're doing a wonderful job. First step is caring enough to do something about a huge problem in our Country. Keep doing what you are doing, there's always room for one more.
BTW; adoption is the greatest form of Grace. Biological mom loves them so much to give them up, adopted parents loves them so much to raise them as their own. Together they one not without the other raise these beautiful children. One day to become wonderful, well rounded adults who were loved. This was shared with me.

What a blessing you both are!
You have to be incredibly strong to foster a child. We fostered a beautiful baby girl for the first 2 years of her life and planned to adopt her. Paperwork was in progress. We received a call out of the blue one day that she was going back to her bio mom and they arrived within an hour to pick her up. We had no time to prepare her to leave the only parents she had ever known to be taken by strangers to live with a woman she didn’t know. It nearly destroyed me. We learned a year later that she was removed after a week with bio mom and placed in another foster home. We tried to get her back but they ended up adopting her. Communication was deplorable within the state agency. I could write a book about it. There was nothing we could do. Not to scare anyone out of fostering, it’s so badly needed, but you need to go into it knowing your heart can be broken.
I’m sorry that happened to you! The fact you weren’t their first phone call when she was placed back into foster care Is ridiculous!! Just know you were in her life for a reason! Those first 2 years are essential to a child’s development and the love you gave her is irreplaceable! ❤️ Stay strong!
I agree with both of you that having children is not limited & no difference in having biological kids. Some do adoption, some do foster parenting, and some get pets like dogs or cats or pony or birds, etc.
And I salute you and admire you 💓🌹🙏✨ for welcoming even those lovely animals you have in your new house & backyard.

As an adoptive parent, a question that came frequently and that I found quite offensive was from people who met our family and asked, "Are you ever going to have kids of your own?".

I have 4 kids (not all at once) and I would have loved to have more but I could never get the husband thing right. But mine are all grown and we are all extremely close. I would have adopted also - but again - - - - -
My children are adopted. They are in their 40’s now. My children are my children. I don’t think of them as anything but my children.
I have grandchildren now. They are my grandchildren!
What others don’t understand is that adopting children is just a way to become a family. It doesn’t matter how they came through the door.
My advice to you is to stay off of TV. Take care of your family, let them grow up free of the burden of being in a fishbowl.

Their children before coming to them, the system paid them very good money to care for children that are in their care, i believe it's 2,000 a month per child and that's alot of money, but i just seen them on the Internet today and they have adopted those children, because at first I was going to say they were in it for the money, and how wrong was I, these children were wanted and before they adopted the children, the agency paid them real good, So now i see that these 2 beautiful people wanted these children, and you heard them, they are not rich, he just has a good Job. They could of left them in care and still remain getting the money, but didn't, now thats real love. I admire them so much. Great family.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I just came across your feed. I can’t tell which are adopted and which are borne by you, except for the quads.
Crazy pieces have about a dozen adopted kids mixed in with their natural kids. All the kids call them mom and dad.
I am 1 of 7 children.
Did either of you have covid vaccines before quad pregnancy? I heard a doctor say she thinks that it is the time for very large families, especially if parents did not have the vaccines. It is inspirational that you are promoting adoption and fostering if it is on your heart. (Gosh, I hope any tv appearances are minimal. The industry itself can be bad. You both seem to be great parents, so whatever your decision, I think you will navigate life well.)

You are rich...I mean the reason you feel like you are not rich is bc you dont get to see the money, but being able to afford that house, 9 kids and a stay at home mother definitely IS being rich to me...
Most couples work like crazy (both of them) just to afford a home and food and they can't afford to have 1 kid....yeah.... You earn a lot ot live in the cheapest place on earth lol.
