First of all, Linsanity didn't start cause people thought he played well. It's coz of how humble a man he was and how many accomplishments he racked. He didn't get the best grades but he went to Harvard and he never bragged about it. He made a killer number of goals when he was in New York Knicks but he again never bragged about that but would just silently answer that it was under God's mercy. THAT IS WHY PEOPLE LOVED HIM. BECAUSE HE WAS A GREAT PLAYER WHO SHOWED HUMILITY AND KINDNESS AND I'LL 4EVAH LOVE HIM FOR THAT!! I GOT FAITH IN YA JEREMY. HE'S A REPRESENTATION THAT YOU JUST GOTTA WORK HARD TO ACHIEVE YOUR DREAM. Rubega i understand his wanting to be traded. it's the same reason aaron brooks chose to leave the rockets- he is a first class player that deserves starter minutes. that said, he should absolutely NOT have sat out and not played because that is just really immature and kills team chemistry. my respect to dwight howard for being positive about it the entire time and supporting asik on the sidelines despite him being a sourpuss. i think the only reason the team has stayed gelled despite asik's shenanigans is because dwight kept their spirits up. that said, i do hope asik gets traded next year so he can get the minutes he deserves. he is in his prime and it is not fair that he is on the bench for it.
