Sure. Worship is the act when a created being like you and me get totally connected to the Creator in different ways - be it singing or dancing or even having a quiet time with God, why? Even serving God's creation is an act of worship. Trying to explain Worship is like trying to describe the Sky..
However Praise and Worship like the one we watched replaces the grumbling Spirit in us and slowly tunes our heart into a grateful heart. That's what happened to me over the years Thank you for asking .

Worship is done by Gods Leading, Without Gods presence its impossible to shout and worship continuously for 1 hour physically. its purely Gods way of leading. (unless we realize its not possible to understand what is Gods Presence).
