I really feel like the only person on this show with or has real cartel ties is Michael. The rest try to hard to make us believe when they tell how they have ties. But when Michael tells his story it's very natural you can feel its truth from his voice tone body language. I love the fact that he made it and isn't trying to live as a gangster.. But he has that natural gangster swag and he's fine as hell!
Scarface, A Bronx Tale, The Godfather, those are one of my favorite crime film classics. Pacino and De Niro are legends.

Scarface is about Al Capone, you fools. It's a 1932 remake of an Italian Mobster who guns his way to the top like Tony, which Howard Hughes has admitted it's based on Al Capone. Al Capone literally has a huge scar on his face when he made a rude comment to a girl while working as a bouncer and the girl's brother sliced his cheek.

Also, kinda weird to compare your life to tv shows and movies when hundreds of peoples lives are in shambles. Why is that something amusing or inspirational to these people? One of the women I know had her brother killed by the cartel and her mother died of a heart attack the same day because of the heartache and stress. That's nothing to boast about.
laylah li this is their reality. Just like anyone else is proud of their blood line of doctors, teachers, lawyers and so on... their blood line just so happens to be different. Yes, it's a messy messy bloodline however, they were born into it and seems like leaving isn't a choice. rip to the woman's brother, but there is always two sides to every story.
