To make all the popcorn bucket you'll need in total
200 green buttons
20 purple buttons
80 blue buttons (20 of those to make the purple buttons)
70 red buttons (40 of those to make purple buttons)
80 flower bottons
And 2000 dreamlight to make all purple buttons
So… 100 or 80 blue buttons?
So how was serroh able to craft all 5 buckets then? You need 200 green and only 90 is available right now.
@@rickbijl7031 daily gives you 20 each with five quest but he time skips and risk his game save to corrupt

Would be neat if one of the large floating islands off Dreamlight Valley becomes the 100 Acre Wood.
The Red Buttons spawn around the villager houses, so if there are no houses in a biome, you aren't going to find any red ones there.
I have no houses in the Sunlit Plateau and still had buttons spawn there 🤷♀️

Not true all my houses are in Eternity Isle and in the main game they are popping up everywhere I'm having no issues

I'm pretty sure the Yellow Button is a error and the Flower Button is the actual yellow button.
I was thinking that too when I saw the yellow button on the flower either that or I was used to get the yellow button ahah !

I think it's the same five villagers every time for the daily quest. Moana, Micky, Urusula, Wall-E, and Scrooge. The easiest way is to take all five at once go to chez remy and buy 25 butter and 25 milk and make all the cupcakes you need then just find 5 villagers and give each of them one of each of the cupcakes then report back to the quest giver. I managed to do it twice today since I was ingame at midnight and rushed to do them right away.
I do this two, it really works
@tedguyse2985:it is the same 5 characters everyday for the cupcakes Mickey,Walle,Moana,Scrooge and Ursula they are the only 5 who ask us to make cupcakes every day. No one else asks to make cupcakes except for those 5
@tedguyse2985:its also why you can’t earn /find enough green buttons daily to make popcorn buckets you only get like 4 green buttons at a time between the 5 characters
YOu mean it actually works for you? I get the quest dialogue, but then the quest doesn't activate and I just constantly get the quest dialogue
@@redtailedhawkdude :I just usually talk to Mickey,Moana,WallE,Scrooge,and Ursula then bake their cupcakes or I put their cupcakes in first then find all 5 of them

When you get far enough into the star path, you will start getting 20 points for each task.
I’m still trying to bake cupcakes without getting a black, stuck screen 😭
Try cooking them inside, they just came out saying cooking outside has been causing issues for people

Serroh it's not just fishing in white ripples anymore. I have received quite a few from blue ripples also.
The Flower Buttons lierally have Yellow Buttons in the center of them but I can't figure out a way to break them up.......

You can actually get the blue buttons in the blue circles also while fishing
I was about to get super upset with the blue button because I just wasn't getting any and then I caught a herring and it exploded into blue buttons with the light orange light so YAY
I got damn lucky! I fished my first blue button out in a blue ring and that triggered a red burst! So I got a nice handful of blue buttons already

Thanks for letting me know about how to get the blue buttons. Also, the daily quest with the cupcakes...not sure why but I accept the quest but they don't show up in the quest log. Have you heard of anyone having that issue?
I'm thoroughly confused how you got SO many buttons already & were able to make all 5 popcorn buckets??? Didn't this event just start today? At least today was the first time I found buttons or button flowers. Did I miss something...did it start earlier for some people??

I've gotten a couple of blue buttons from blue bubble spots.
How do I get a vacume? I've never seen that.
I think the yellow button is glitched since you can see it in the flower button and they forgot to remove it from the collection.
And I have started doing park decor for Scrooge he just hasn’t given me another weekly quest yet
Blue buttons can be found in blue bubbles too. I have way too many potions on my rod and was unable to get white bubbles. I was on Reddit and someone said you can get them in blue bubbles. They found out because like me they had to many potions on the rod and was trying to get them off. They fished blue bubbles to clear them out and found a blue button. Well i had to try it out for myself and sure enough i found a blue button after a few blue bubbles. So it is possible to get them not just in white bubbles.
Are the buttons/flowers a permanent thing or is just for a while?
I can get daily quest for Ursula, Scrooge & WALL.E to work but Moana and Mickey I get the dialogue but the quest won't start? Also thanks for the location on blue buttons!

I've noticed the buttons only drop near placed houses. If you don't have a house placed in a bio, there won't be any buttons in that bio.
@Luna2000Moon:not true I get buttons in areas in biomes that don’t have houses in certain areas so what you said is not true buttons can also sometimes be hidden under certain objects like tables
I’ve been fishing in the pines that you suggested for over 10 minutes and I have not got one blue button it’s sunshiny and I don’t know what the problem is, but I’d sure like to have a blue button

@sweetie1986:scrooge gives us like 80 green buttons for setting up certain amusement park decor. You just keep doing different activities
I have tried fishing for 10 minutes for blue buttons in the meadow and the beach. Havnt gotten a single one.

Is anyone having trouble starting the cupcake daily quests with villagers? I talk to them but it doesn’t trigger the quest start. I completed Ursula’s but when I talked to her again, it was as if I hadn’t made or handed out any cupcakes.. :(
Or you can just fish with no ripples when you have the elixr on your rod to get white ripples

I haven't seen anything from the official DDLV team about yellow buttons. They're still 2 different things in the Foraging menu. Flower Button is under Flowers and Yellow Button is under Crafting Materials. I don't believe this until they officially come out and say something about the Yellow Buttons.

I ordered that EXACT same Winnie the Pooh popcorn bucket on EBay a few days ago. That makes seeing it in the game just cooler.
And the game keeps crashing on me, while I’m delivering cupcakes. Sigh.

The game is so broken for me, I cant play without it crashing and freezing every 5 minutes I can't even play now. Sometimes as soon as I load into the game it crashes straight away. And the new festival I can't get the quest with scrooge and with all the items going invisible and the camera not working for me I give up its not enjoyable at all anymore I really hope they fix this 😢😢

It clearly shows that no one reads the DDLV blog at all if people didn’t know how to get the blue button.
The blog tells us how to get each button except the yellow button.
