Seal could have been used to bounce dual caster after it entered with the ETB on the stack. Surprised that Cal even went for that combo with seal on the battlefield. Maybe if he got the recruiter copy there was another combo card he could have tutored for as a backup line? Not really sure

@@gabejessgaming6108 I don't think so. I just rewatched and he used his only two treasures the turn before to cast mana drain and then taps out of colored mana on his turn for twinflame and dualcaster
@@64lundyco it's hard to see due to reflection, but he had a tinderwall which he could have cracked for double red, and he still had 3 colorless from the mana drain and 2 from mana crypt, so recasting dualcaster would have been a thing

That Tameshi deck might be one of my favorites Iâve seen on the channel. Super cool

@@official_uhu that's fair and I get you, mostly for Tana since there isn't actually Temur pirates support, at least for Grixis you have all the Ixalan OG ones plus the ones from Cmdr Legends, as for using Vial Smasher you could always make him a pirate via Arcane Adaptation/Conspiracy and smack people for treasures, wich is funny and nice

Temeshi looks pretty sweet. I honestly overlooked that card and I believe this may actually be the first time I've even seen the card
with that much stuff going on I would have to put a token of some kind on the table to keep track of my 1 land per turn to not play more on accident
Cool commander, cool playmat, with probably one of top 5 scenes from Hunter X Hunter. I wanted so much for Trey to win, but hey, what a duel anyway
Game goes to show why Tameshi should run RoL! It's not much of a disadvantage due to the commander ability to grind value and reanimate.

Although the interaction with cultivator colossus is the funniest part me for, and that's not a thing here
The first card I thought of when I saw Tameshi was Urzas saga. Wow that was something. I just built the deck myself with more of a 1v1 cedh tilt. I may need to add aura of silence. Seemed good in there.

Is there a primer for the Tameshi deck? I don't understand how even with deck size # of turns, it can close a game. It doesn't have any threats bigger than a clone. Does the deck just count on nobody being able to stonewall a 2/3? That's also 33 turns, better hope you didn't draw too much...
Why the tameshi didint bounce dual caster mage? After he hit the field, and copyed twinflame, the copy would not have a dual caster to target, stoping the loop.
Go and read what Tameshi does. There is also a very important clause about how Tameshi can be activated.
@@jldrums Im not talking about tameshi the card, but the player. He had the seal on play, intead of boucing the recruiter he could had bounced the dual caster mage.
There was mana available to recast dualcaster. The seal could not stop the win.
At 7:20 how Cal cast is Commander with Dranith Magistrate on the table ? do I am missing something ?
It was returned to his hand through Seal of Removal. He didn't cast it from the command zone.

They used a generic list. It's about 20 cards off from the one used.
Seems like he could have used seal after the dual caster resolved and copied twinflame targetting itself to bounce the dualcaster making the twinflame fail.

If it's in response to a fetch, they don't have mana to do anything, so it's an opportune moment. With opp agent existing, it's even more of a risk nowadays.

Has Kinnan ever won a game on an episode of PWP?
Yeah, episodes 055 and 139, it can kinda combo out of nowhere and is very scary, but does suffer badly under stax and struggles with tutors.
How does Glinthorn and Malcolm win if not all opponents have the same lifetotal?
You aggregate extra treasures until one opponent Is dead, then break even until the life disparity is overcome. After that you get one treasure and can use the extra treasures you made

@@edde2429 unless 1 deck has (I think) double the life of the other two combined the math works out eg: 2 opponents on 20 and one on 80

It was bounced to hand via Seal of Removal, and cast from there instead of the command zone.
The Malcolm had been bounced back to his hand by Seal of Removal, so it wasn't being cast from the command zone.
