i will get one when i graduate !! i actually wrote my journal entries with a tombow pencil before i even got into fountain pens...when i hear the graphite dragging across the paper something goes on in my brain and i can't describe it. neurons firing??? anyway thank u for the great review wooooo
I have the green plastic one. I bought it as a curiosity but it's actually really useful. Hey I learned from the Shumibun magazine (which Yoseka carries) that there's a Perfect Pencil Fan Club in Japan!
Nunca achei que precisava desse lápis, mas agora que eu sei que ele existe eu quero!
What a wonderful pencil, I love it ☺☺
Great review of the features on this Faber-Castell product. Question - will the 5 count black or brown refills fit in the Plastic 9000 cap/holder? I was thinking the combo might look good with out purchasing the finer versions at this time. The platinum plated version is definitely a gift list item for myself. Thanks for the review.
@@Yoseka I did see the short with the check on the pencil sizes for fit. Thank you.
I’m and olde school architect, have been using this Graf Von FC Perfect Pencil for nearly a decade now- the cap looks really beat up but works perfectly! I also have both the lower priced versions but frankly, once you’ve used the GfC version, there’s no going back. Have just picked up the magnum version, find this pencil a little chunky and not so useful. Maybe it’s just a need to get used to it.. we’ll see.
Great video btw😊
I love the hidden sharpener! I’d been great for plein air sketching. Do you think a color pencil would fit both the holder and the sharpener? Maybe a Caran D’Ache color pencil size? Thanks in advance! And I really enjoy your vids 😊 I find them relaxing and so many cool stationary! 🫶🏼
Good question! It would be nice if other pencils are compatible too - we'll have to test that out!
The Faber-Castell 9000 series pencils are quite nice on their own, though I do see the utility of this multipurpose cap.
How much does it cost ?🙃
I prefer a yellow pencil, carpenter pencil from Home Depot or a mechanical pencil.
I have all models of the Perfect Pencil. You did not show the cheapest one. I really prefer to write with the cheapest one. The lead and writing experience suits me better than the most expensive one.
For me the Faber-Castell TK 9400 clutch pencil is more perfect... Give me 3 (2H, B and 3B) and a dust free rubber and I am over the moon
"Another" bloody gimmick to waste you money on.
I love writing with a pencil - and this perfect pencil is awesome. The actual pencil itself lasts for years … yes years … it never breaks … and is fun to use. I have a variety of the colored refills just for fun use too :-). Great to see you review a fantastic invention.
