Nikken has seemed on fire both with climbing and setting recently. Perfect host / team captain energy. EKB's filmography and content continues to be among the most entertaining on youtube IMO. Two things I love about this video: 1. Tiny terminator showing them kids how it's done :) 2. That you can really see in this video what every boulderer has experienced: you start working on something and everything feels really hard and awkward, but after some time all the holds and movements feel familiar and you even start to shortcut things - that's when you know you're gonna send it! Great video!
I think a cool idea for a setting video for Nikken would be to get the group to pick 5-6 holds in secret, and then bring them out one at a time, from largest to smallest, and Nikken doesn't get to see the next hold until he puts the current hold on the wall. No adjusting till everyone tries the first draft! I think that would be fun to watch Nikken guess what is coming next, and then to see the difference between the 'first draft' and whatever it looks like after everyone tries and he gets to adjust it.
This video had everything I could ask for. Amazing setting, great story, awesome angles, super strong people and an insane send to end it off. Well done.

My guess would be FrictionLabs. Used it once, it's nuts. Holds way longer than any other chalk I ever used. We love to call it "cheater chalk" at my gym. Or maybe he found a similar mixture. Personally not a fan, it's like using steroids. xD

That's a mega line! The whole sequence of moves is almost perfect. My only question is why did you have the other hold slightly to the right of the crimp that you rotated at 4:36min?? No one used it at any point and surely its not a blocker as it has way too much space (huge gap), whilst the move to the big right crimp is also way too static and controlled to need a blocker!!
would you care to explain how a week of work of urs is so we get the environment of a route setter ? Cuz i'm sure lots of us don't know a thing about your work it'd be real nice thanks again for your work lots of quality content put into those vids keep up :)
