3) Rooms: (5bhk/ 4bhk/ 3bhk....)
4) Carpet area:
5) Scope of work in detail:
i. Carpentry:
ii. Civil work: (Flooring/ kitchen/ 1 bathroom..)
iii. False ceiling: (Whole house/ deck area/ PVC ceiling…)
iv. Electrical: (Complete change/ only new points to be added/ point shifting…)

*Kindly note that from design to handover, we take 6-7 months for a 3bhk and 7-9 months for a 4bhk.
*Due to the multiple projects in hand we need a buffer of at least 3 months to start a new project.

Very informative video mam & sir.. just 1 small thing, video me ek jagah pe sir sketch pen se deewar pe marking kar rahe hai.. maine 1-2 site pe dekha hai, sketch pen ya even ball pen se bhi marking karoge to ink wallcare me uthar jata hai or baat me use painting me cover up karna bahot hi mushkil ho jata hai..Instead use pencil for marking..

Yes if we would have provided that we would have not got the slope to reach the duct. We have provided inspection elbow at the bend.
