Roborock S5 Max Error 10 fix / filter clogged or wet

  • This is a fix to the error 10 when the vacuum says the filter is wet or clogged when it isn't. Roborock support suggested I buy more filters from them or send the vacuum to them for a fee. After seeing other videos for other models, figured out this was the cause for the S5 Max. Hope it saves you time troubleshooting and/or money.

    Hey there, I have the same issue. I tired blasting the area with my blower but it did not dislodge any dust. Can you supply some instructions on how exactly you dislodged the dust with the can of compressed air? Maybe a detailed vid showing it.
    Your method is preferable to a complete teardown, which appears to be the only other option.

      You could try tweezers, but I just used the Q-tip and kind of scraped the dirt until it was loose enough, and then turned the vacuum upside down and blew it with a can of compressed air. Good luck!
