At my age, my back is flaky and will get really sore with the littlest amount of weight. It's frustrating. I need to tone my arms and core, but have only been doing the treadmill for fear of messing up my back again. Your leftover lunch looked good! Do you have recipe for that? I'm a new subscriber💕

Yes! So it was just quinoa, mushrooms, and pan seared ground turkey. I just used seasonings like salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and a little bit of cumin!
