@Amal C Rajan. If creamy layer is not there, only privileged ( educationally and economically ) people with in the caste will be filling the position. In that case creamy layer itself is a filter, rest of the presentation is clear. Privilege itself is not clearing the caste, it's clear from your CM example, even though some filter with in the system is essential. I think so. Good presentation and knowledgeable.

EWS athra nallathu anel jathy samvaranam vendennu vachu avarkku general category il apply cheyyamallo. Who is stopping them. So your whole argument of 10% is taken away from reserved categories is flawed. Just declare urself casteless and apply under EWS if you feel that's better.
