- Meet Maxine our 2023 Thor Sequence 20L. We traded in Max as hard as that was but the towing was just getting to me. I can't wait to start our adventures with Maxine as we travel the country in this beautiful RV. Hope you enjoy the video.
Thank you, gave me some nice ideas. FYI: Thor Sequence 20L is the same floor plan as the Thor Dazzle/Twist 2LB, I went with the Dazzle 2LB as it is less $ (Did not need TV, WiFi and a few other things).

We were surprised to be honest. We did raise the garage door height to 10 feet but other than that we didn’t have to do anything. We took off the bike rack because we aren’t going to use it and that gave us a little more room but it did fit with the bike rack

Exciting times! Lena has been hard at work making some changes on the inside. Maxine looks great. We may have to do another video showing what she has done.

Max was our first camper a Little Guy Mini Max Teardrop. That's what started our camping adventures. I will get the links to the bins from my wife and reply back as soon as I can. Sorry it took so long to respond
@@smallcamperbigfun Ah, yes, the teardrop trailer. I was looking at those at one point and LOVED a company called inTech. We came close to buying an inTech but my husband and I decided that we really didn’t want to tow. We just wanted to drive and go! We wanted to be able to go anywhere and park everywhere so then came the hunt for Class B option. BTW, what is your experience with the Sequence? I was looking at that model but I’ve heard such negative feedback on Thor.

I wanted to tell you that I also upgraded the table to a lagune table. I am very happy with that for ease of use. I used the same table leg and cut down the Lagan leg to fit in. I had to grind the lagune leg to fit , it was a bigger job to grind, a metal lathe would have been better. Bought a nice wood table top that was also lighter. Any way, no big trips yet just local parks, trying to set up camper the way we like it. Have a good day. Rich and Karen from Michigan.

Rich here, I went to dealer to find out about rear sensor beep, they did not know. My dodge Durango has a button to shut off which if not turned off activates the car brake if something behind vehicle. The van dose not have a button. I tried the van with the hitch on, it did beep but no automatic brake stop. I guess the van dose not brake (which I thought would brake) . I can live with the beep if just backing up. It seems so hard these days to find out information from people who should know.
Anyway, I got a “kuala” swing away bracket (back doors open no interference) and waiting for Hollywood bike carrier from “Letric bike “. If you might be interested. Lots of snow here, just figuring out a trip with the van. Have a good day, Rich
I filmed a quick interior update video today. At some point we will move to the outside. We still don’t know if we want to keep the bike rack or not. It’s a nice day today for NC and I won’t get down before freezing tonight but sadly we won’t be taking another quick trip.
Hi there, Rich here. I have the exact Thor sequence 2023. I was wondering if you might know, I recently put a hitch mount on for my e-bike. I don’t know how to shut off the rear park sense, It
beeps in reverse. I have other Chrysler that have a button to push off. The safety setting there is no shut off on screen. I already repaired the pull up bed support and partially installed a Pormido
camera rear view mirror. Hope to hear back, thanks

I can’t find a way to turn it off but there has to be some way. I will keep looking.
I have a storage box on the back of mine. It beeps the 1st time I back up but senses that it’s there and stops. I think it resets every time I turn the van off.
@@sparks701 I figured that out, my Durango actually brakes if I don’t push the inactivate button. I will put a video of my mods when I can.
Fortunately, I haven’t bothered to give my similar Sequence 20L a stupid nickname. It’s just the RV.

Have you been happy with it since now you owned it for a few more months? I really want one but reading the RV reviews on line sounds like a horror story for many people with things broke, leaking and tech things dying. How has your experience been? I want the 20L because the bed is long for a tall guy.
Sadly we have only been able to take it out one time. We have family obligations that prevent us from getting out at least for the next few months. All RVs well have issues no doubt but we had some repairs done via warranty and we had no issues with Thor approving the repairs I guess that is the best we can hope for.
I am looking for a class b , but online reviews as well as people I see on the road tell me workmanship since 2021 has been subpar. Prices up, quality and service down
@@Desperado3248 I got a Thor Tellaro, it is just fine. Minor 3 minor things, but with any house on wheels it’s never perfect even if you spend more money. Personally found Thor to have best bang for the buck hands down.
It is crazy you spend so much money on RV but you still get issues 🙈🙈🙈

Not at all. It was around 104,000 which is quite a bit less than sticker but still crazy expensive
Bought mine February 23 and paid the same. Sticker was 134k and sale price was 112k and they accepted 103.99k

Hi, I'm thinking of buying a thor sequence . probalbly be on a 2023 promaster, would you talk me out of doing it ?
I can’t at this point ours has been pretty solid but we haven’t used it a ton. I have seen other channels where they have had quality issues with Thor Class B vans. Check out Vancaskeys on CZcams they have had two Thor class Bs and big issues with each. As of right now we are very happy with ours.
