I use this plugin after amplitube for tracking my guitars to mimic tube amp sag. It's so far my fav for that use. 2nd fave is the black rooster version of the altec.

Tony is the real deal. I get a kick out of audio engineers and producers mixing details like the general audience has worked in the navy as sonar technicians and go home to bower and wilken speakers everywhere . Most folks are good as long as they can hear the vocals or drums beat today Especially with today's Bluetooth pod speakers and earbuds. I hope it does go back to craftsmanship cuz I'm not hearing a lot of care in audio recordings today. At least with the charts. The live performances I hear by CZcams's sound better to my ears and that's kind of mind blowing.

I bought this compressor on the day is was announced on a whim and loved it the second I put it on a track. I gotta try that parallel mixbus trick with it for sure.

I bought this plugin with many expectations for using it for fingerstyle. I must say that it didn't help for the acoustic guitar. If you are wondering to use it for acoustic guitar, do not buy. Anyway, looks great and it is great for anything else.

For recording on my PC I use a software called MixPad NCH and I really don't understand how I can use all these fantastic plugins on my computer. Somebody can give me a link with some instruction?

Hi @Paolo P, please note that MixPad NCH is not officially supported with our V12 plugins since our plugins were never tested nor qualified to run on this host application. For the full list of Supported Hosts: www.waves.com/support/tech-specs/supported-hosts

Hi @DjBremsespor, this video was recorded remotely at Tony’s Upstate NY home, away from his NYC studio. RS124 is Tony’s favorite compressor, so he generously wanted to share his thoughts about the new version, despite the socially-distanced conditions - we’re very grateful for that! :)
