- S5E3 AN ALTERNATIVE AIR AWNING: HOW TO SET UP A BERGHAUS AIR SHELTER
We bought this Air Shelter as an extension to our roll out canopy and as an alternative to an air awning. We were really surprised just how unbelievably versatile it is. It gives us a place to put our chairs. To shelter if it rains, or with the sides up, on a sunny day makes a wonderful open sided gazebo. Its also very good when we go out for the day as it makes people aware the pitch is taken. This is so much better than an attached awning as there is none of the faffing about trying to get the Motorhome lined up. We. would certainly recommend this.

Hi Lisa and Pete. Aah thanks so much for the comment. I’m afraid we haven’t done any more videos as we switched from caravan to motorhome. We have found ourselves going to the same sites as we have been busy at home with the house, so staying closer to home. We have also found cruising too, so saving up for the next one 😎~ Lin

ahhh, lovely to see this, its just popped up on my recommended tab, and it feels like im there with you both. Of course, I wouldn't be helping, instead id be telling Rich where hes going wrong.. just to get "those looks"

How lovely to hear from you. Your comment did make me laugh as only today I got that look....he is putting up a shelter in the garden and it looked wonkey! .....and of course I had to tell him! I still can't do the editing due to my arm so we've got behind and lost our monetisation for the Stroke Association. When Rich isn't so busy we'll catch up one day. Ah thank you. We have been so busy with house renovations that we haven't had time for much more. I still have to rely on Rich for the editing as my hand can't use a mouse. I don't like to keep troubling him when he is so busy. We've got a couple of films still to do and then perhaps we can be back out on the road again. I do hope you are keeping well? ~ Lin xx

Ah bless you Nila. How are you doing? We are on the last leg of our garden renovation so are hoping to be back out in the van in a couple of months. Hi, yes we are still plodding on lol. I am not doing video at the moment because my arm has got considerably worse to try and do the editing, plus, we have been so busy haven't had the time either. I am having treatment, so who knows, you may see us again in the future as we still have the motorhome. Hope you are well and enjoying life as much as us. Thanks so much for the post. Lin xx

Thank you for your comment. We found it rather strange to be there at first. Now we know. So pleased with this air shelter. Just don't know how we managed without it before.

Thanks for commenting. Yes we have always had the dog and the surprise this year (when we have caught up with the films we have to upload) is that we have a new addition... A labrador pup which is certainly keeping me on my toes! She'll probably be fully grown by the time we get round to showing her off lol ~ Lin xx

Yeah Matt so true. But you don't have a dog and bark yourself do you lol. Rich is my rock. I had a really bad back at the time...and he does so much for me after my Stroke too. I don't mind being a typical woman lol but I do try and do what I can with limited mobility....and yes I am bossy too lol......but HE is the boss when he needs to be which makes us a compatible couple. People on CZcams seem to enjoy our little arguments on our videos and that's just who we are. Hope you'll stay around and watch some of our other videos. Thanks for watching and commenting ~ Lin
