I love how it looks driving in the snow with its light bars.
The tracks fit this build so well
Another great video!
I've had good luck printing RC axels out of nylon the long way. they hold up well in the cold as well.
"And wheels are cringe"
Truer words have never been spoken
Came here expecting an RC Cyber Truck with tracks… Ended up learning how to make it snow. Left fully entertained 🫡
Yeah, that was cool.
Commenting to send positive vibes to the YT algorithm. Awesome.
Amazing! As always. Congrats and many thanks to make this available for everyone. I'll try to make one in some months (currently I'm building two other 3D printed RC cars). Best regards!
This looks like an amazing project! The tracks are so sick
Michael you channel has come a long way... I really appreciate the content and the sense of humor
This thing needs a track tensioner. In a couple of shots the tracks comes high enough of the sprocket to slip.
THe second thing i would add is a compliant mechanism on the modified steering knuckle to allow for rotation of the track around the axle to give it some sort of suspension and even better off-road-ability.
Dang that thing has a lot of power! Great video once again Michael.
those tracks remind me the saw boss from jayce and the wheeled warriors, nice job.
Thats awesome dude, nice work!
This is such an awesome build!
Impressive. Your videos are amazing
Great video!
That's sick man good job
Brilliant work, dude! Really well done!!! 😃
Some day I'm definitely going to try stuff like that!
Anyway, stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
Okay, that snow making is very cool
love how you linked everything in amazon with the right amount.
It may be 3am, my laptop might be glowing from fusion360 and im nearly out of coffee, but nothing will keep me from these vids. Cheers from Aus, love the filmography!
Only started watching this series last night and im just in time for another episode yeet
Man thats cool :)
Good job
Suddenly the aesthetics of the cyber truck make sense! Hopefully someone puts Matt Trax on a full size cyber truck someday. Also this project makes me want to get into RC!
the ending is so sick
you should make the suspention a little softer and make it a rc race car
Bro predicted the future
try adding suspension to the actual tracks themselves. and also try and make the 4 rollers out of TPU so you could get even more damping. another thing is try using 4 seperate motors. 1 for each track. Great Video BTW!!!
Daym that thing is sweet!
Snowcat vs CyberTank. Let’s make it happen haha
nice, sir
Nice
I think you should add an fpv camera
Dude this is awesome and really cool, good job. U should try making a rc snowmobile
If it snows again maybe you could print a snow plow for it and try to plow your driveway.
Hi I am currently printing the tracks but the main track spocket seems to be missing from the stl files.
Hope you can help me as I'm looking forward to doing this build.
Amazing build by the way.👍👍
Bro this needs an amphibious version next 👏🏼🐸
That's class man👍Be great to see Cyber Tank FPV.
Absolutely loved it ! 😊 I’m wracking my brain to come up with an idea for the truck. 🛻
what a convenient dangerous weather alert ;) (if you could consider a snow storm a type dangerous weather)
make a robotic arm which can make u coffee 👍👍🗿🗿
I have wanted to do tracks on my RC for so long, iv even made 2 tracks, but the issue always that i couldn't add a stabilizer bar on the tracks so they would just flip over like a wheel. Debating on modifying some stub axle hubs to add some stabilization
Wow, unlike the real Cybertruck, this thing is actually functional lmao
This is Cool. but have you tried make it detacheable? like Tyres as a standard and Tracks with eaasy switch?
What if you just mount 4 small drone motors in each wheel hub so there are no gears or parts like that to fail? You could probably even program some kind of AWD system using the 4 motors to help traction.
dude yes
having trouble figuring out which part is the track and the black insert from the download list
? gunna make a frankenstein version and send pics
How much filament does it take to print?
Do you design based on a sheet of the components?
Or find the components that fit your design?
To me its been a hell of re designing then i abandoned the project
I cant find drive wheel in the files can you add it please ?
I am curious why you didn’t use TPU for the belt. It is very shock absorptive and would be a great fit for the belt due to that property.
you should have tryed the wheels in the snow as a comparison!
but *Very* cool car!!!
Sometimes, the best parts are made of different smaller parts then glued together.
I only use PETG nowadays. It may bend, but won't break like PLA. It's the poor man's nylon.
Hey bro. I like your Channel
You should make a detailed video how to make snow...
For a future project you can maybe desgin and print a car with portalaxles for even more ground clearance.
Any plans on driving the tracked Cybertruck with tank steering?
it was -40 degrees Fahrenheit just a few weeks ago here in canada
I like
never use whole-thread screws as a hinge. Shoulder bolts or springs with appropriate tolerancing only.
Why didn't you use the footage from the Insta360?
Whare is the drone rebuild video
whats the total cost for the rc car ??
wouldn't it by a nice touch if the rollers were on pivots or had their own suspension so that they would provide shock absorobtion from the tiny bumps.
Brushless motor for each wheel eliminates the need for an axel.
I think you should change the axles and add better suspension
Dam
algo boost go!
Cybertruck DeLoreon next
Make it alterrain like grass road and water
That will be really fun😊😊
It's not a Cybertank, it's a Cybertrack!
NICE
Thanks Elon 2.0! Great video!
I'm surprised Elon Musk hasn't made this mod available for the cybertruck
You mean cybertank in real life
😂
Sooo How about 8WD IFV
You should name it the cyber track
6x6 tracked cybertruck????
thats brliliant design
Gotta make it unexpectedly explode like a real Tesla.
Is that a thing? I never heard of a Tesla truck exploding allready.
im the 4th coment and thats relly cool :)
Were you outside in -13c spraying water, with no hat or gloves? god I'm soft. As soon as it hits zero I'm all the layers.
now drive it on a STREET WITH NO SNOW
You could try to tow yourself in a wagon!
Wheels are cringe, but so is driving on the ground. Make it fly now.
CyberCopter officially added to the project list
add fsd
1st
Please make a smart lawnmower out of your car. No cable in the ground (which breaks) and no GPS. good luck ;-)
im lazy and want someway to grab a package from the end of my driveway and bring it home. fpv. tow truck
I thought it was real 💀
if you don't release a new video soon i will unsubscribe in protest
ok, i unsubscribed now
Fully printed RC vehicles is not a good use case for 3d printing. Way too fragile compared to chromoly drive shafts with universal joints, hardened steel gears, 3mm thick aluminum chassis tubs, etc etc. 3d printing is a fine rapid prototyping method for things like your tank tracks, which should then be made from metal with traditional subtractive manufacturing (the actual track belts could be printed from tpu!).
CAN WE TAKE A MOMENT, HE MADE SNOW TO TEST HIS TRACKS…..
Tank tracks are so 1904😂
