This project manager should be fired right away. In a public infrastructure a little defect can be deadly. So having that thought that an infrastructure can have defects is dangerous. How come a project manager have such notion. That means he is not well educated about quality. Just think you have a house which is not strong enough to withstand earthquake but your quality manger saying it’s ok nothing will happen. It’s normal to build such house. Will you higher such person to build your house ? 😂 these manager is corrupt and very uneducated about his profession. He should be sacked. What a country we are living in. Sad very sad.
