(My Star, however, came from Huntington Beach. Before that, I think it was the Los Alamitos Army Airfield.)
I saw that yesterday too. It looks like they "fixed the glitch" as it's back to the national feed today. In my area (Smyrna, GA) they have never shown the local intellistar via the app and we usually just see the national feed, but at times I've seen Statesville, NC, Auburn, NE, Columbia, SC and yesterday, Yorba Linda. When they decomissioned Smyrna's IS 2 Jr, we breifly saw via the traditional cable box feed - Cedartown, GA, Porterville, CA and Newnan, GA before they switched it to the Duluth, GA-based IS2 XD permanently.

Haha yep, I’m still seeing this I2. Seems like everyone is getting it on the app/website oddly enough. My cable feed is fine though.
