Thanks for this reaction, Nyango's website says Nyango is the spirit of a cat in an apple. Actually has a whole back story. That's everything official. I've not see anything else but speculation online. And I think I've not seen gender mentioned on the website.
The first song you reacted to is from Maximum the Hormone, the guys you saw are the guys from that band. You can hear the female drummer doing the vocals in the background, my guess is she is holding the camera ? Anyway, more Maximum the Hormone reactions are always welcome.
About the second song I wanted to say, their is actually a band which has Nyango as a drummer. And the same 'turtle'. And I think even an original song.

I love Nyangostar!I have watched Part 1 and now Part 2 so I am now awaiting Part 3. I would definitely watch a video of you trying to play as Nyangostar too! You have to include all of the practice and everything starting from day 1 though. Nyangostar does play in a band. I have watched a video of them in concert. Pretty sure it is the same one autohmae listed.

NYANGOSTAR is a "she", and "she" is Nao Kawakita from the band Maximum Hormone. And she's 40+. Eat that!
